Business Force, Ltd is a private corporation formed in 1989. The company was organized to invest in and develop real estate, and is still being operated by the original principals. The chief operating officer has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977. The corporate administrator started off in management at a major financial institution in 1980; and the VP is an international traveler who holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s in information technology.

            We have substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate acquisition, renovation, development and management. We have handled projects from under ground up to above ground down. Our know-how involves raw land, single and multi-family residential properties, office buildings, convenient stores, strip shopping centers, warehouses, and mini storage facilities.

We are skilled in determining the feasibility of projects; in project management; coordinating pre-development activities with governmental and regulatory agencies; preparing and submitting zoning and property variance petitions; structuring and negotiating joint venture partnerships; selecting project consultants, coordinating construction, marketing and other related project activities; monitoring the financial and developmental status of projects; preparing loan development packages; commercial loan brokering;  preparing project status reports; and interacting and negotiating loan terms with money lenders and investors.
